The Alameda Condo Association is a beautiful and well maintained enclave convenient to all that Santa Fe has to offer. Located approximately five miles Southwest of The Plaza, this luxury, three-story building is less than half a mile from the Chavez Community Center, shopping, and entertainment. Individual units range from one to two bedrooms. Each unit is designed with high ceilings, vigas, and a gas kiva fireplace.
The Alameda is also a social community with a number of places and events where residents can connect with one another. Whether it’s at the outdoor, heated pool in the summer or one of the libraries in the building, many residents are eager to connect with their neighbors. Planned community activities include monthly dinners and pancake breakfasts, and a Christmas and Memorial Day party.
We value and respect one another at the Alameda and for this reason the management and the COA Board enforce the Condominium Rules and Regulations in a fair and equitable manner.
